When I first tried meditation, it was too hard, I felt like I was always "doing it the wrong way" and I gave up on it . I told myself it's “too hard to sit still” and “my mind wouldn’t shut off, so I can’t do it.” If you feel this way, I completely understand, and a lot of people feel the same! There are so many benefits of meditation, ranging from decreased anxiety, to greater self-awareness, to new acceptance of yourself and others, to increased general happiness and contentment.    


In our sessions,  we will work through the difficulties surrounding your practice. I will teach you techniques I have learned,  guide you through your practice, and support you in maintaining a daily practice.
